VIP Coaches

Coach & Tour Operators are invited to bring a coach of their key group organiser clients to Excursions 2017.

  • Provide your Key clients the opportunity to pick up new ideas for their day trips and short break itineraries.
  • Network with your clients, gain information on what they are interested in and use that research to develop your itineraries.
  • Use the day to gather new inspiration for your own tour packages or day trips

Being a VIP Coach means you get:

  • Fast track entrance to the show.
  • Private VIP area
  • Complimentary tea & coffee with biscuits on arrival
  • Special VIP goodie bag
  • Exclusive VIP afternoon experience with Jane Austen 200.

VIP coach parties taken back to Jane Austen’s era

Receive an exclusive VIP welcome in a unique Jane Austen themed area commemorating the 200th anniversary of the romantic author’s death.

Hampshire Cultural Trust is working with Jane Austen’s House Museum, Winchester Cathedral and many other partners to celebrate Jane’s creativity, talent and life in Hampshire with a packed programme of exhibitions events and performances throughout the county during 2017.

Only open to VIP guests, the JA200 area will provide a taste of what’s to come with personal items that belonged to Jane Austen, Regency music, specialist tour guides and a preview of beautiful artist designed benches from Basingstoke’s ‘Sitting with Jane Trail’, all providing inspiration for 2017 group visits.

If you are interested in being a VIP Coach to Excursions please make us aware by emailing Emma.
